Destiny Missions Global Assembly was founded on July 6th, 1996 by Archbishop (Prof.) Cletus Bassey and Bishop (Dr.) Blessing Bassey in obedience to God's instruction to “reach the world with the prophetic Word of God and establish in all places and generations a community of true worshippers who will execute God's will through prophetic prayers and apostolic leadership.” This divine mandate is reflected in our church anthem: “We are small enough to know You, big enough to serve You.”
Destiny Mission Global Assembly began with a God-given vision to bring people into alignment with His purpose for their lives. What started as a small fellowship of believers has grown into a thriving church family dedicated to raising leaders, transforming communities, and reaching nations with the Gospel of Christ. Over the years, the ministry has experienced tremendous growth and impact through life-transforming conferences, outreaches, discipleship programs, and kingdom-driven initiatives. Through faith, dedication, and the guidance of the Holy Spirit, Destiny Mission continues to stand as a beacon of light, hope, and transformation. Today, the church has expanded with branches and affiliates across Africa, the United States of America, and Canada, continuing its mission of advancing God's kingdom and touching lives across generations.

Archbishop (Prof) Cletus Bassy is the Primate and General Overseer of DMGA. A man of faith and vision, he has dedicated his life to raising a people of destiny across the nations.
Presbyter
The First Lady of DMGA, a pillar of grace and strength in the ministry, playing a vital role in nurturing families and strengthening the church community.
Global Administrator
Bishop (Mrs) Utibe-Eno John-Udoh serves as Global Administrator at DMGA HQ, committed to raising leaders and reaching the lost through discipleship and pastoral care.
